Need space to work? Want to meet other artists? The Pop-Up Studio space run by Arts Whistler might be just the thing you are looking for.
What is the Whistler Pop-Up Studio?
We’ve been assisting local artists by organising the Pop-Up Studio, a temporary shared workspace where Sea to Sky artists can work, network and interact with the public. We have had two studios previously, both located in the Westin Resort & Spa Whistler.
The number of spaces for artists depends on the space. As a general rule the Pop-Up Studio is is not suitable for pottery, culinary, or industrial work – this may change depending on the space.
Artists must reside in the Sea to Sky Corridor to be eligible, and priority will be given to emerging artists who are not currently displayed within commercial galleries in Whistler.
We are currently seeking a new space – stay tuned for more information.
