Workshop Cancellation Policy

Most classes and workshops are offered based on a minimum number of registrants. Classes that are not contingent on this will be noted as a ‘drop-in’ class.

Workshop Cancellation and Refunds

If cancellation is made 31 days prior to the start of a class, a refund of 90% of the total amount will be refunded.

If cancellation is made 15 days prior to the start of a class, a refund of 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

No refund will be offered 14 days prior to the class start date. This is at the organizers discretion, based on if the space can be filled and the amount of the refund will be determined at that time.

If a workshop is cancelled for any reason, such as low enrollment, teacher illness, or other major problems, a full refund will be offered.
