Monster Theatre Presents: Midsummer Nights Dream

Shakespeare must have a new play written for the Duke’s wedding TOMORROW MORNING! He doesn’t have any ideas. He’s stumped. He needs your help! With the arrival of some kooky actors, puppets, and a lot of magic, his play comes together right before your eyes. Peter N’ Chris and the Mystery of the Hungry Heart Hotel

Peter n’ Chris are a three-time Canadian Comedy Award winning sketch troupe from Vancouver BC.  They have performed in acclaimed festivals such as Just For Laughs, JFL42, The San Francisco Sketch Comedy Festival and the Chicago Sketch Fest. They are contributing writers to CBC Radio 1’s sketch comedy show The Irrelevant Show, CBC Punchline, and have contributed video content to CollegeHumor. Find out more.


The Boom Booms

The Boom Booms are an Indie Soul band from Vancouver, BC. They’ve toured across North America, Latin America, and Europe. The Boom Booms live show is highly energetic, honest and original, with some of the tightest, smoothest, sexiest soul and funk produced in Vancouver. They’ve headlined the Vancouver International Jazz Festival, and have had slots at the province’s top music festivals like Squamish Valley Music Festival and Pemberton Music Festival. Kasandra “La China” is one of Canada’s leading flamenco artists well-known for her unrelenting drive to push the artistic envelope. A tirelessly ambitious artistic director and soloist, Kasandra is always hungry for new sources of inspiration and knowledge, constantly pushing her musical and choreographic mastery to its limits. She has recently toured with the Kasandra Flamenco Ensemble, is the artistic director of Kasandra Flamenco and is the co-artistic director of Mozaico Flamenco Dance Theatre.
