Art On The Lake 2022, well wasn’t that fun!

Over the two days, there were so many highlights, from ALGN Whistler’s flash mob at Lakeside Park to all the water pups at WAG.WOOF.WATER & the crowd at the Conquering Alexander set. The two days were giving serious festival vibes, and we loved it!

To the incredible Whistler community, thank you for coming out in support of our local arts & culture scene and persevering against those Alta Lake winds! We loved seeing you dancing away on your paddle boards & chatting to our live artists around the lake.

To our musicians, live painters & artists, we were blown away by your passion, talent & dedication. Performing and painting on a floating dock is no easy feat, but you guys absolutely rocked it. Special shout out to Introduce Wolves, who performed on our roving AW Barge in the middle of Alta Lake!

And to our sponsors, thank you for believing in Art On The Lake and making free events like this one possible. Thank you to our year-round funders: Resort Municipality of Whistler, Government of BC, Canadian Heritage & the BC Arts Council. Thank you to our event sponsors: Gibbons Whistler, TD Bank, Beedie, Sushi Village & the Hamber Foundation.

Don’t forget to check out the amazing photos taken by Oisin McHugh & Epic PhoDography over on our Flickr. Find yourself in the crowd and download your copy!

Till next year Whistler 🙂
