Arts Whistler is grateful to live, work, play and create on the unceded territories of the Sk̲wx̲wú7mesh Nation and Líl̓wat Nation. We respectfully honour their people, culture and traditions and we are committed to leveraging the arts as a way to help all communities heal from Canada’s colonial history. Arts Whistler actively collaborates with Indigenous creatives on initiatives that foster greater understanding and forge relationships through culture, arts and education. It is our goal to make creativity and the arts an integral part of the healing journey for all Indigenous and non-Indigenous Canadians.
