Coastal Carnivores Conservation Photography Exhibition @ Audain Art Museum

Presented by Grizzly Bear Foundation and Raincoast Conservation Foundation and sponsored by the Audain Art Museum, this evening presents two conservation photography exhibits in support of coastal carnivore conservation.

Hosted in the stunning Upper Gallery of the museum, guests will have the chance to view this unique photography and learn about current conservation initiatives focused on safeguarding grizzly bears and other coastal carnivores.

One shot for Coastal Carnivores: Featuring world class photography, this collection supports the goal of Raincoast and Coastal First Nations to permanently end trophy hunting of all large carnivores on the coast of British Columbia. From Spirit Bears, to cougars, grizzly bears and wolves, donated pieces tell a story of the importance of protecting carnivores in the Great Bear Rainforest.

Triggers To Tripods: See the winners of Grizzly Bear Foundation’s grizzly bear photography contest that celebrates the shift from hunting to wildlife viewing in British Columbia.
