Presented by Vivalogue Publishing and Fenton Street Publishing Modern writers have an unprecedented number of options when it comes to publishing their manuscript. This full-day workshop will combine an industry overview with personal consultations to help authors identify the option that best meets their needs. The morning session will review the pros and cons of self-publishing, traditional publishing, e-books and audiobooks. Other topics include understanding ISBNs, working with an editor, professional book design, sourcing printing and the economics of publishing. In the afternoon, each participant will meet with one of the presenters for a 30-minute private consultation focused on their specific project.
