WHISTLER, BC – Love music and Whistler? Discover your next favourite band at Hear and Now – Whistler’s local music festival. Back for its second year, Hear and Now celebrates Whistler’s thriving music scene talent, inviting locals, and visitors a chance to soak up free, live, local music. With two days packed with rising stars, local staples, and awesome Sea to Sky talent, come discover new music, local flavour, and local fun.
Get ready to rock out on September 23 and 24 with this uber-talented group of musicians at Village Square in Whistler Village. We’re diving right into the deep end of Whistler’s musical talent pool:

This year’s roster includes a spotlight on our talented female musicians like brand new “all-girl” band Venus Envy, powerhouse performers Aude Ray, Small Town Runaway, Emily Molloy, and Old Soul Rebel, a dynamic duo from Squamish. Other great players new to this year’s Hear and Now festival include Blame the Weekend, The McQuaid Band, The Golden Thread and, from our neighbours to the north, The Spiritual Warriors, featuring musicians from the Lil’wat Nation. We’re also shining a light on the next generation of Whistler musicians with Bad Habit, whose members just started grade 7.
