Michelle Tatton – Wild Omens
Michelle started with life drawing at the Arts Centre and fell in love with sketching again. The imagery hand-printed onto the wood is found in old encyclopedias, dictionaries and almanacs, as well as a range of other places. All the wood used is sourced locally and are from trees that have been cut down for maintenance reasons on land past Mt. Currie. Every piece of wood is totally unique and when it is cut the out come is never certain.
