Community Mediation Circle and Sound Bath
These ceremonial-style sessions offer a soft blend of singing sound bowl meditations, breathwork, personal reflection, inquiry, and soulful sharing time. An invitation to gather in community in honouring more intentional self-nourishing and reflective time.
For your greatest comfort please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and cozy layers. Additionally if you’d like a bolster or block to sit on, a water bottle and a journal and pen for reflections.
We will gather for this event in a cozy community room downstairs at Maury Young Arts centre.
