Full Moon Women’s Circle
April 23 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
This in person gathering offers a blend of therapeutic modalities designed to balance your nervous system, ignite your inner light and attune to the wisdom of your heart.
The design of the circle will be woven by the integration of movement, breathwork, meditation, embodiment practices, journaling, discussion (optional) and ritual. An opportunity to recharge, reflect and release in the Full Moon’s sacred glow.
