Shop local, support local artists, take home something original
Nestled in the lobby of Maury Young Arts Centre, The Gift Shop is an extension of The Gallery and showcases a selection of high quality, handcrafted artwork created by Sea to Sky artists and artisans. From pottery to glass, jewelry to metal work, fabric arts, paintings, prints and art cards, you’ll discover plenty of unique and local treasures.
The Gift Shop is managed by Arts Whistler, a registered charity, and non-profit organization. A portion of the sales is used to support The Gallery at the Arts Centre, a community gallery which has the mandate to showcase and advocate for local artists. It is open to the public daily, with free admission.
The Gift Shop also provides an opportunity for local artists and artisans to sell and showcase their work. The Gift Shop features work from a variety of local artists including: Skol Designs, Jessa Gilbert, Denise Hughes, Vanessa Stark, Simply Swedish, Vincent and Cheryl Massey, Re:creation and Kate Zessel. See the full list of participating artists below. New artists are added regularly. Gift certificates are available.
